• ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, seating areas, and service stations.
• Ensure customers are comfortable and attended to during their visit.
• Recommend menu items, combos, and special offers to customers.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer feedback politely and professionally.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the cafe.
• Support basic cafe operations whenever required.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
• Previous cafe, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
