Videography/Shooting/Editior/Model/PA

We are looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy Digital Content Creator / Social Media Executive to join our hotel team.

The ideal candidate should have a Gen-Z mindset, strong knowledge of Instagram and social media trends, and a passion for creating engaging content for a hotel, restaurant and banquet property.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create high-quality Instagram Reels, short-form videos and promotional content for the hotel, restaurant and banquet.

* Handle content shooting, photography and videography of rooms, food, events, ambience, offers and guest experiences.

* Plan and create creative and trending Reels based on current Instagram trends, sounds and formats.

* Manage the hotel’s Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.

* Develop engaging captions, posts, stories and promotional campaigns.

* Cover banquet events, parties, celebrations and special occasions through photos and videos.

* Create attractive content for food promotions, room offers, events and special packages.

* Edit videos and photos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar applications.

* Maintain a consistent and professional brand image and social media presence.

* Suggest new content ideas, marketing concepts and social media strategies to increase reach, engagement and bookings.

* Monitor social media trends and competitor content and implement relevant ideas.

* Coordinate with the hotel, restaurant and banquet teams for regular content creation.

Candidate Requirements:

* Creative, confident and comfortable shooting videos and photos on a smartphone/camera.

* Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, trends, hashtags and social media algorithms.

* Basic to good knowledge of video editing and photo editing.

* Strong sense of aesthetics, framing, lighting and presentation.

* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

* Freshers with good skills and a strong portfolio are welcome.

* Previous experience in hospitality, food, lifestyle or social media content creation will be an advantage.
