Vending Machine Engineer

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Vending Machine Engineer to install, maintain, service, and repair coffee, tea, and beverage vending machines at client locations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical/mechanical skills, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to use a computer for reporting, billing, and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

● Install, commission, and set up new coffee/tea/beverage vending machines at customer sites.

● Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of vending machines as per schedule.

● Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in vending machines.

● Attend to breakdown calls promptly and resolve customer complaints within committed timelines.

● Coordinate with the office team for spare parts requirements, stock updates, and service reports.

● Educate customers/site staff on basic machine operation and troubleshooting.

● Ensure all machines comply with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

● Travel to various client locations as per the assigned service route/schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).

● 1–3 years of experience in vending machine service, appliance repair, or similar technical/field service role (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply).

● Working knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, sensors, and basic electronic components.

● Basic computer skills – comfortable using MS Excel/Word, email, WhatsApp, and service/reporting apps.

● Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.

● Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

● Valid driving license (two-wheeler) preferred for travelling between client sites.

● Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
