Position: Travel Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Coordinate with the sales team for travel bookings and customer requirements.
• Prepare and customize domestic and international holiday packages.
• Create travel itineraries, quotations and booking details.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines and other travel partners.
• Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, invoices and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer and booking details in CRM.
• Follow up with suppliers and ensure timely confirmation of services.
• Provide post-booking support and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain proper records of bookings, cancellations and amendments.
• Assist the sales team with destination information, pricing and package details.

Requirements:

Experience in travel back office / travel operations / holiday package handling preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM software.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and customers.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
