Job Description – Sales Coordinator

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Manage and track sales leads, enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, invoices, and other required documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and sales data in Excel.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, accounts, and other departments for timely order processing.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Requirements Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in Sales Coordination or a similar role will be an added advantage.
