Job Description

Telesales Executive (Furniture & Retail Sales)

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to manage 20–30 outbound and follow-up calls daily, engage with potential customers, convert leads into sales, and maintain accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make and manage 20–30 sales calls per day
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries
  • Achieve sales targets and close deals effectively
  • Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM and Excel
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture or retail telesales (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong negotiation and sales-closing abilities
  • Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality

Working Hours:

  • 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Monday to Saturday

Languages Required: Hindi and English

Experience: More than 2 years of relevant telesales experience is compulsory.
