About the Company
Jai Durge Industries is a manufacturer of paper plate, paper dona, paper cup, and other disposable product-making machines. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain machine features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Respond to customer queries received through WhatsApp, social media, and online advertisements.
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly with interested buyers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply; telesales or sales experience is preferred.
