Telesales Executive

SGP Group is looking for TeleSales Executives to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers through phone calls, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable products/services, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers/leads and understand their requirements.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Follow up with interested customers and generate sales.
• Maintain proper call and customer records.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Build a positive relationship with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing.
• Follow up with customers until order confirmation.
• Skills RequiredGood communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Assamese, Bengali or English will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
