Job Description

Rajasthan Machinery is looking for a confident, energetic, and motivated Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating sales leads, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle leads and enquiries received through IndiaMART and other platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and orders.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
• Confident and positive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
