Telecaller

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to support our sales and business development activities. The selected candidate will contact potential corporate clients, introduce the company’s security services, identify business requirements, generate qualified leads, and arrange meetings for the sales team.

The role requires regular outbound calling, professional communication, timely follow-ups, and accurate maintenance of client and lead records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients

• Introduce Spybot Security Services and explain the company’s services

• Understand client requirements for security guards and related services

• Generate new sales leads and identify interested prospects

• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team

• Follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp

• Maintain daily calling records and update lead status

• Share qualified leads with the concerned sales representative

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams

• Maintain professional communication with all clients

• Prepare daily call and follow-up reports

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi

• Basic spoken and written English

• Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner

• Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and MS Excel

• Ability to convince and engage potential clients

• Good follow-up and record-maintenance skills

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply

• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, or customer service will be preferred
