Job Role: B2B Telecalling Executive / Sales Specialist

About the Role:

Youth First is looking for an energetic, results-driven Female B2B Telecaller to manage communications with retailers, wholesalers, and bulk buyers across India. The primary objective is to build strong client relationships, pitch our shirt collections, follow up on leads, and directly drive B2B sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing and potential B2B buyers (retailers, distributors, wholesalers) via outbound calls to pitch our latest shirt catalogs and bulk offers.
• Handle inbound inquiries, understand buyer order volumes, and guide them through catalog options, pricing, and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bulk orders.
• Share product samples, digital catalogs, and price lists via WhatsApp and email.
• Coordinate order details, dispatch timelines, and payment status with the internal production/dispatch team.
• Maintain an organized daily log of calls, lead statuses, customer feedback, and closed sales.
• Re-engage dormant clients to secure recurring monthly repeat orders.

Requirements & Skills:

• Education: Minimum Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, tele-sales, or B2B client handling (garment, apparel, or retail experience is a strong plus).
• Communication: Clear Hindi and basic working English for professional phone and chat communication.
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Tools: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and mobile calling dashboards.
