Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, provide information about products or services, and handle customer queries. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive customer calls as required.

Explain products, services, offers, and company information to customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

Maintain accurate records of customer calls and responses.

Generate leads and support the sales team when required.

Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.

Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

Age: 18–35 years

Gender: Female

Education: 12th Pass

English: Basic English

Experience: Freshers can apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and polite telephone manner.

Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Willingness to learn and work towards targets.

Shift: Day (Full Time)

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹17,000 per month

Fixed: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000

Incentives: Up to ₹2,000
