Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Make feedback calls from the database/list provided
  • Ask questions as per the call script/questionnaire
  • Record responses exactly as given, without altering or interpreting them
  • Update call details in Excel / Google Sheets / forms
  • Flag any complaints or suggestions separately and report them to the team
  • Maintain data quality and honesty

Required skills

  • Clear and polite spoken communication in Hindi; basic English or a local language is a plus
  • Good listening skills, since responses must be heard carefully and recorded
  • Neutral tone: do not influence respondents with your own opinion
  • Patience, as many people may be busy or may cut the call
  • Typing and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
