Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication, and the ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements from requirement understanding to candidate joining. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. 
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/stakeholders. 
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, databases, and direct/headhunting methods. 
• Handle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. 
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening/interviews. 
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and role fit. 
• Coordinate technical/functional interview rounds with hiring managers. 
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. 
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/databases. 
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities. 
• Follow up with selected candidates until their successful joining. 
• Maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements. 
• Achieve defined hiring targets, turnaround time, and closure numbers. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. 
• Hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. 
• Strong knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
