Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and supervise the team.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the play area.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with parents and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage daily reports, basic documentation, and operational activities.
  • Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle responsibilities independently.
  • Comfortable working in shifts.
