Social Media & Documentation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media & Documentation Executive to manage our social media presence and support the creation, organization, and maintenance of company documentation.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a good understanding of social media platforms, an eye for visual content, and the ability to convert information into clear, engaging, and well-structured content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, and other social media content.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect updates, achievements, events, and relevant information for social media.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across channels.

Documentation & Content

• Create, edit, format, and maintain internal and external documents.
• Prepare reports, presentations, newsletters, case studies, event documentation, and other communication materials.
• Document projects, activities, events, achievements, and organizational milestones.
• Collect information from relevant teams and convert it into clear, structured documentation.
• Maintain an organized digital repository of documents, photographs, videos, and content assets.
• Ensure documents are accurate, up to date, properly formatted, and easy to access.
• Support the development of standard templates and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Corel Draw, Canva.
