Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, team handling, client management, and target achievement, preferably in the IT/software industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Drive B2B/enterprise sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor team performance, sales metrics, and target achievement.
  • Develop sales strategies and support the team in closing key deals.
  • Conduct regular reviews, provide coaching, and improve team productivity.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales, with team-handling experience.
  • Strong background in B2B/Enterprise Sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the IT/Software/SaaS industry will be preferred.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
