About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Expert who can take ownership of our sales and marketing activities, train and guide our existing Sales & Marketing Associates, generate quality leads, and help the team convert leads into paying clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, sales conversion, video marketing, Facebook/Instagram advertising, CRM management, and team training.

Key Responsibilities-

• 1. Sales Team Training & ManagementTrain and mentor the Sales & Marketing Associates on effective sales techniques-

• Develop sales scripts, calling strategies, objection-handling techniques, and follow-up processes.
• Monitor individual team performance and improve conversion rates.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and track achievement.
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
• Guide the team on how to effectively communicate with prospects and convert them into clients.

• 2. Lead Generation & Digital MarketingPlan and execute strategies for generating a consistent flow of quality leads-

• Manage and optimize Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns.
• Develop lead-generation campaigns based on target customer profiles.
• Monitor cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
• Explore new digital channels and marketing strategies to increase lead volume.

• 3. Video Marketing & ContentPlan, coordinate, and manage video shoots for marketing and promotional purposes-

• Develop ideas/scripts for reels, promotional videos, educational content, and advertisements.
• Coordinate with the video editor/design team to ensure quality and timely delivery of content.
• Create video content specifically designed to generate enquiries and sales.
• Continuously test different creatives, messages, and offers to improve lead generation.

• 4. Lead Management & CRMEnsure all leads are properly captured and entered into the CRM/system-

• Develop an efficient lead allocation and follow-up process.
• Track every lead from initial enquiry to final conversion.
• Identify reasons for lead drop-offs and implement corrective strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales and marketing reports.

• 5. Sales ConversionPersonally handle important/high-value leads where required-

• Assist the sales team in converting difficult or high-potential prospects.
• Develop strategies to improve lead-to-client conversion.
• Handle customer objections and train employees on effective closing techniques.
• Focus on achieving revenue and client acquisition targets.

• 6. Performance AnalysisPrepare regular reports on-

• Leads generated
• Cost per lead
• Lead quality
• Calls/follow-ups
• Conversion rate
• Sales/revenue generated
• Campaign ROI
• Analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously experiment with new sales and marketing strategies.

• Practical experience with Facebook Ads / Meta Ads
• Knowledge of Instagram marketing and advertising
• Lead generation and performance marketing experience
• Strong sales and client-conversion skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in training and managing sales teams
• Knowledge of CRM and lead-management systems
• Understanding of video marketing, reels, and promotional content
• Ability to analyze campaign and sales data
• Strong target-oriented approach

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in B2B sales, professional services, business consultancy, company registration, taxation, accounting, compliance, or similar service-based businesses will be preferred.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to run advertisements. We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Expert who can understand the complete process:

Advertisement → Lead Generation → CRM → Calling → Follow-up → Objection Handling → Conversion → Client Acquisition

The candidate should be capable of training the team, executing the strategy personally, monitoring results, and taking responsibility for achieving sales targets.

Salary: ₹20000-30000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives/commission may be offered based on lead generation and sales targets.
