Sales & Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for solar power plants and solar energy solutions.
• Generate leads through direct sales, networking, digital marketing, referrals, and market research.
• Identify and develop relationships with commercial, industrial, institutional, and other potential customers across Jaipur, Sikar, Tonk, and Jhunjhunu.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product/project demonstrations in the assigned target locations.
• Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and project estimates.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for feasibility, costing, and project execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing sales agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the assigned territories.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain regular sales reports, lead pipelines, and customer records.
• Develop the company's customer base and business opportunities throughout the assigned areas.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of solar energy, rooftop solar, solar plants, EPC, and renewable energy solutions.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Good presentation and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel across Jaipur, Sikar, Tonk, and Jhunjhunu for client meetings and site visits.
