Job Description
Job Purpose
Drive profitable business growth in the assigned territory by achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, strengthening the distributor network, leading the sales team, and executing the company's Trade strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth·
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Increase revenue, market share, and territory coverage.
· Develop new markets and execute new product launches.
Distributor Management·
Appoint and develop distributors.
· Monitor distributor performance, profitability, inventory, and collections.
Strengthen distribution reach and market penetration.
Sales Team Leadership·
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor BDOs/Sales Officers.
· Conduct joint market visits, KPI reviews, and performance evaluations.
· Drive productivity and capability development.
Market & BusinessDevelopment·
Identify market opportunities and competitive gaps.
Execute pricing, visibility, and retail activation initiatives.
Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and monthly business reviews.
Stakeholder Management
Build effective relationships with distributors, super stockists, key retailers, institutional buyers, and internal cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing).
