# We’re Hiring: Sales Coordinator – Customer Retention & Reorder (OEMs)

📍 **Location:** VKI, Jaipur
💼 **Job Type:** Full-Time | On-Site
💰 **Salary:** ₹25,000–₹35,000/month
🏢 **Work Profile:** Desk-Based B2B & Telephonic Sales
### Key Responsibilities
- Call existing OEM clients and generate sales enquiries.
- Handle price objections, negotiate, and close orders.
- Drive repeat sales and reactivate inactive customers.
- Prepare professional quotations and follow-up emails.
- Maintain sales records, follow-ups, and MIS/CRM reports.
### Required Skills
- Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent telephone communication and customer-handling abilities.
- **Mandatory: Professional business email drafting skills.**
- Basic MS Office and CRM/MIS knowledge.
- OEM/B2B or industrial sales experience preferred.
**Note:** Candidates will be assessed on sales skills, quotation preparation, and email drafting.
