Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, promoting our home interior and furniture solutions, and converting leads into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements related to home interiors, furniture, modular kitchens, and décor.
• Present MagickHome’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Handle incoming enquiries and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
• Schedule customer meetings and design consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business and customer opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain proper lead records.
• Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain regular reports of calls, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in interior design, furniture, home décor, real estate, or home improvement will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
