Job Description
Hiring – Residential Building Manager / Facility ExecutiveWe are looking for a well-educated, mature, responsible, and professional individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a residential building.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day building operations.
- Coordinate with residents and resolve their queries professionally.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the premises.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain records, reports, and resident complaints.
- Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
- Requirements:Graduate (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Mature, polite, and responsible personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
- Experience in residential society, apartment, or facility management will be preferred.
