HR Recruiter (Field Recruitment)
📋 Job Role
- Source, screen & shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the complete hiring process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and candidates.
- Submit daily visit reports and achieve recruitment targets.
