We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, presentable and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage our front desk operations, customer communication, calling activities and CRM records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist all customers and visitors coming to the showroom.
• Maintain proper customer entry and exit records.
• Attend incoming calls and handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Make regular follow-up calls to existing customers and potential leads.
• Contact customers after their showroom visit to collect feedback and understand their requirements.
• Conduct cold calling to potential customers to introduce our products and services and generate new leads.
• Identify interested customers and schedule timely follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
• Update all customer details, enquiries, call records, follow-ups and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper record management.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
• Handle basic administrative and customer coordination tasks as required.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Must be confident and comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups and lead generation.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic to good English communication.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and CRM software.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Polite, presentable and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, lead generation or CRM will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
