Performance Marketing Executive

Suits Coworking Spaces is hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid acquisition across Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram. The role focuses on measurable outcomes: qualified enquiries, sales calls, site visits, office tours and workspace leasing.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, build and optimise Google Search, Performance Max, remarketing and Meta lead-generation campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research, review search terms and maintain negative-keyword lists.

• Test ad copy, audiences, offers, landing pages and creative variations.

• Manage location, device, schedule and audience targeting for Jaipur and approved markets.

• Set up and audit conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

• Track calls, WhatsApp clicks, website forms, Meta instant forms and booked visits accurately.

• Monitor budgets and bids, reduce wasted spend and improve cost per qualified lead.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and work with sales to assess lead quality and revenue contribution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.

• Strong knowledge of Search, lead campaigns, remarketing and audience building.

• Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical, copywriting and reporting skills.

• Ability to demonstrate past campaign results or explain optimisation decisions using real examples.

Experience with real estate, coworking, commercial leasing or local lead generation is preferred. This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Jaipur.
