Job Description
1.Call patients who have made inquiries or are in our database.
2.Explain Bansal Clinic's orthopedic treatments and services in a professional manner.
3.Answer basic patient queries related to orthopedic conditions and available treatments.
4.Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
5.Follow up with patients regarding consultations and treatment plans.
6.Maintain accurate patient records and call logs.
7.Coordinate with doctors and the front desk for appointment management.
8.Build trust and maintain a courteous, patient-friendly approach during every interaction.
9.Achieve daily call and follow-up targets while maintaining high service quality.
