Job Description

* Manage daily operations across multiple furnished apartments.

* Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure rooms are guest-ready before check-in.

* Handle guest communication, complaints and review management.

* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, linen and inventory.

* Monitor reservations, occupancy and operational expenses.

* Prepare daily reports and maintain service-quality standards.

* Develop systems and processes to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
