Job Description
- Coordinate with buyers/customers regarding product requirements, specifications, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, purchase orders, product details, and other merchandising documents.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams.
- Follow up on samples, approvals, raw materials, production, and shipment schedules.
- Ensure products are developed and produced according to customer specifications.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and production requirements.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
- Check product quality and coordinate with the quality team to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Monitor costing, margins, and other commercial aspects of assigned orders.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and quality standards.
