Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar/renewable energy sector.
- Generate leads through direct sales, networking, channel partners, references, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional customers.
- Understand customer energy requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales/business development targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with EPC companies, developers, consultants, channel partners, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new solar opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, MIS reports, and regular business forecasts.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals.
