Junior Assistant Manager – Jewellery Production & Operations

EL JOYERO, a Jaipur-based Fashion Jewellery Manufacturing Company, is looking for a Junior Assistant Manager – Production & Operations to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day production activities, tracking orders, following up with different departments, maintaining production records, and ensuring timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track orders from production to dispatch
• Coordinate with production, QC, packing and dispatch teams
• Follow up on pending orders and production deadlines
• Maintain daily production records and reports
• Monitor raw material and inventory requirements
• Coordinate rework and quality-related issues
• Ensure orders are completed on time
• Communicate with workers, supervisors and other departments
• Identify production issues and report them to management
• Prepare daily updates for management

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Experience in jewellery, fashion jewellery, handicrafts, manufacturing or a related industry will be an advantage
• Graduate preferred
• Basic to good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Responsible, hardworking and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Freshers with strong coordination and communication skills may also apply
