About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly target-oriented Jewellery Sales Manager with strong hands-on experience in gold, diamond and other jewellery sales.

The candidate will be responsible for driving showroom sales, managing and motivating the sales team, handling high-value customers, achieving monthly targets and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Target AchievementDrive daily, monthly and annual showroom sales.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Develop effective strategies to increase sales and conversion.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Focus on upselling, cross-selling and increasing average bill value.
• Generate repeat business and customer referrals.
• 2. Jewellery SalesStrong knowledge of Gold Jewellery, Diamond Jewellery, Bridal Jewellery, Silver and other precious jewellery products.
• Personally handle high-value and VIP customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
• Explain jewellery designs, purity, making charges, diamond details, certification and pricing.
• Close high-value sales confidently and professionally.
• Promote company schemes, offers and special collections.
• 3. Team ManagementLead, motivate and supervise the showroom sales team.
• Allocate customers and sales opportunities effectively.
• Conduct daily sales briefings.
• Train staff on jewellery products, selling techniques and customer handling.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming and productivity.
• Identify weak performers and provide coaching for improvement.
• 4. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
• Ensure premium customer experience.
• Maintain customer follow-ups for pending enquiries and quotations.
• Develop HNI/VIP customer relationships and repeat business.
• Encourage referrals and customer loyalty.
• 5. Showroom OperationsEnsure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Maintain showroom presentation and premium grooming standards.
• Coordinate with billing, purchase, inventory and management teams.
• Ensure jewellery is handled safely and according to company SOPs.
• Monitor stock availability and communicate fast-moving product requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• 6. Sales Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Candidate Requirements4–10 years of proven experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Prior experience in a Jewellery Sales Manager / Showroom Sales Manager / Senior Jewellery Sales position preferred.
• Strong experience in actual jewellery selling is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable, well-groomed and professional personality.
• Target-oriented, energetic and commercially focused.
• Basic knowledge of POS, CRM, MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Ability to handle high-value transactions and premium customers.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates from established jewellery brands/showrooms with experience in Gold & Diamond retail sales, bridal jewellery, HNI customer handling and team management will be preferred.

Compensation & IncentivesFixed Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Performance Incentive: Unlimited incentives, with earning potential of up to ₹40,000 extra per month based on individual/team sales performance.

Maximum Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹75,000+
