Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to monitor and coordinate our ongoing interior, painting, modular furniture, and renovation projects. The person will regularly visit assigned sites, keep a check on labour, materials, workmanship, timelines, and provide daily updates to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit and monitor ongoing sites.
  • Track labour attendance, work progress and productivity.
  • Inspect materials, quality and workmanship.
  • Track project deadlines and pending work.
  • Coordinate with labour, contractors and vendors.
  • Identify and report site issues or delays.
  • Share daily site updates with photos/videos with management.


Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable travelling to multiple sites.
  • Two-wheeler preferred.

The role is primarily focused on site monitoring, coordination and reporting to ensure our projects stay on track.
