Job Description

  • Make outbound sales calls and generate new leads.
  • Explain company products and services to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
  • Maintain customer details and daily sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Experience in Inside Sales / Telesales.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Graduate preferred.
