HR Recruiter

1. Job Summary :

We are a growing CA Firm in Jaipur looking for an HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end hiring for our firm. Candidate should be responsible for hiring CA Articles, Audit Staff, Accountants, GST/ITR Executives and other office staff. Ideal candidate should understand CA Firm's work culture and peak season pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Handle full-cycle recruitment for CA Articles, CA Inter, Semi-Qualified CAs, Audit Assistants, Accountants, GST & Income Tax Executives, and Admin Staff.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, ICAI BOS Portal, College Placements, and local reference networks
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and first-round interviews, and coordinate final interviews with Partners.
• Manage the ICAI article registration process and documentation.
• Maintain a talent pool for urgent requirements during audit season.

• 2. HR Operations & Administration

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee discipline.
• Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Warning Letters, and Relieving Letters.
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee database, HR files, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.
• Plan and manage leave schedules during peak season and exam leaves for students.

• 3. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Organize staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Work on employee retention and maintain a positive work culture within the firm.
• Address employee grievances and act as a bridge between management and staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification:
• Graduate / MBA in HR / BBA or any relevant field
• Certification in HR / Recruitment will be an added advantage.

• Skills & Competencies:
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a CA Firm, Law Firm, or any professional service firm.
• Strong knowledge of hiring portals - Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, ICAI Portal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with local colleges in Jaipur and ICAI Jaipur Branch activities.
• Ability to judge candidates, negotiate salary, and close positions on time.
• Highly organized, punctual, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Ability to work under pressure during Tax Audit Season (Sept-Oct) and ITR Season.
