Job Description
Job Title: Recruiter (1–2 Years Experience)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and sourcing skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Good coordination and negotiation skills.
- Basic MS Office and ATS knowledge.
