Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified and suitable talent.
Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure a smooth selection process.
Handle employee relations, attendance, performance management, and HR-related concerns.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and fulfill vacancies on time.
Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed.
Monitor recruitment performance and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
