Job Description

About the Role

A leading multiplex cinema chain is hiring a Patron Delight Officer to lead the front-line team at the Box Office and Canteen and deliver a great guest experience.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 7-10 associates
  • Issue floats and handle cash at the start and end of each shift
  • Coach the team on suggestive selling to boost revenue
  • Coordinate with the IT team to keep POS machines and servers running
  • Maintain team grooming, hygiene, sanitization and safety standards
  • Resolve basic guest concerns and escalate when needed
  • Train associates and submit daily operations reports
  • Candidate must be flexible to work with Rotational shifts.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate with a Hotel/Restaurant background, Diploma in Hotel Management/IHM OR Any graduate with 3-6 months of experience in QSR Industry
  • Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience in QSR/Operations in Hotels, Restaurants or the Service industry
  • Languages: English and the local language
  • Skills: Team management, cash handling, upselling, multitasking, attention to detail, strong communication
