Job Description
The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising the assigned service area and ensuring excellent guest service, smooth restaurant operations, proper team coordination, hygiene, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
The Captain acts as a key link between the guest, service team, kitchen, cashier and Restaurant Manager and ensures that all orders and services are delivered accurately and on time
