Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Packing & Dispatch Executive to manage Flipkart orders, product packing, dispatch operations, and return entries. The candidate should be capable of processing orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining proper records of returned products.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing: Process Flipkart orders through the seller panel and ensure accurate order details.
2. Product Packing: Pack products securely according to e-commerce packaging guidelines.
3. Order Dispatch: Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and other required documents and ensure timely handover of shipments to courier partners.
4. Return Management: Handle returned orders and maintain proper entries of returned products.
5. Inventory Coordination: Check product availability and coordinate with the concerned team regarding stock discrepancies.
6. Record Maintenance: Maintain daily records of orders processed, packed, dispatched, and returned.
7. Panel Management: Monitor order status, pending orders, cancellations, and return updates on the Flipkart Seller Panel.
8. Quality Check: Verify product, quantity, and order details before packing and dispatch.
9. Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse, inventory, and courier teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of Flipkart Seller Panel and e-commerce order processing.
• Ability to manage packing, dispatch, and return entries.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Responsible, punctual, and organized.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
