Job Title: Sales Executive – Financial Products (Insurance, Credit Cards & Mutual Funds)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, targets-driven Sales Executive in Jaipur with proven experience in selling financial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across Life/Health Insurance, Credit Cards, Mutual Funds, and Stock Market/Trading apps. You will generate leads through direct calls (telesales) and client networking, guide investors, and manage the complete sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telesales & Lead Generation: Conduct out-bound calls to potential leads, pitched tailored financial products, handle client inquiries, and turn prospects into active customers.
• Insurance & Credit Card Sales: Understand client financial needs to cross-sell suitable Life/Health Insurance policies, Credit Cards, and investment schemes.
• Investment & Trading Advisory: Educate clients on SIPs, Mutual Funds, Equity Trading, and onboard them to modern trading apps (e.g., Zerodha, Groww, AngelOne).
• Client Onboarding & Demat Accounts: Assist customers with documentation, Demat account opening, and mobile app setup for seamless trading and transactions.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, follow up regularly, maintain pipeline records, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Financial Sales, Telesales/Calling, Insurance, Credit Cards, or Stock Market sales.
• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of Insurance policies, Credit Card pitching, SIPs, and Stock Market basics.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience operating popular trading apps and managing phone-based sales CRM or lead sheets.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to work full-time in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
