Field Sales Executive

Job description:

The FSE will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth for advertising space in print media. The role involves field visits, client meetings, proposal pitching, post-sales support, and internal coordination. This is an Individual Contributor role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth:

○      Achieve sales targets as defined by the organization.

○      Motivate clients to choose bigger ads and run them more often to increase revenue.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

○      Identify and visit prospective clients through internal database or internal references.

○      Offer print advertisement solutions that match the client’s business goals.

○      Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

○      Win repeat business from Clients by giving steady, reliable service.

Solution-Oriented Pitching:

○      Understand the client’s business needs and develop customized marketing proposal.

○      Use data insights, wherever possible, to help clients reach more customers in new areas.

○      Encourage client participation in Special Initiatives (festive editions, theme-based ads, etc.).

○      Support in field marketing activities related to SIs

Campaign Execution, Collections & Coordination:

○      Act as the point of contact for clients on all post-sale support (creatives, deadlines, placements).

○      Collect advertisement materials/creatives and ensure timely submission for publishing.

○      Coordinate with internal departments (Billing, RO Generation, Scheduling) to ensure smooth ad execution.

○      Follow up for payments and ensure timely collections.
