Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying potential business opportunities, cold calling/visiting prospects, and acquiring new clients within specified sales targets.
  • On-Ground Meetings & Presentations: Conducting face-to-face meetings, demonstrating products or services, and presenting tailored solutions to prospects.
  • Deal Negotiation & Closure: Handling client objections, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and finalizing sales agreements.
  • Territory Management: Planning daily, weekly, and monthly field visit routes to maximize client coverage and optimize travel time.
  • Relationship & Account Management: Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, manage renewals, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Logging daily visit activities, pipeline updates, and market intelligence (competitor strategies, customer feedback) into the CRM system.
