Field Sales Executive

Ensomos is an AI company building the data layer for robotics development. A lot of real-world data is required to teach robots how to perform tasks the way we do. So, we're capturing real human experience through first-person videos across India.

What do we do?

We collect the real-world data that Physical AI needs. Physical AI means robots and AI systems that can see, move and work in the real world, not just answer questions on a screen. To learn how people use their hands, tools and materials, these systems need thousands of hours of real work recorded in many different places: a sweet shop kitchen, a dental lab, a factory line, an electrician on a job. We partner with businesses across Jaipur, record that work with their permission, and deliver the data to companies building these AI systems around the world.

This is a new and fast-growing field, and you will join it at the very start.

What does the role look like?

You will open the doors. Every business we record in starts with someone walking in, explaining what we do, and earning a yes. That someone is you.

You will go out into Jaipur every day and meet shop owners, factory owners and service businesses. You’ll explain a simple deal: their workers wear our cameras while they work, and we pay the business for it. The more businesses you bring in, and the more varied the work they do, the better our data is. This role directly decides how fast Ensomos grows.

What you will do here

• Visit businesses every day: Walk into shops, workshops and factories across Jaipur and meet the owners or the people in charge.
• Pitch the partnership: Explain clearly and honestly what we record, why, and what the business gets paid for it.
• Handle questions and objections: Owners will ask about privacy, disruption to work and what happens to the video. You will answer with confidence.
• Close deals: Turn interested businesses into signed partners.
• Get consent forms signed: Explain the consent form to each worker in simple Hindi, make sure they understand it, and collect their signatures before any recording starts.
• Find variety: Look for new kinds of work we haven’t recorded yet. Small shops, factories and service crews like electricians and solar or RO teams all count.
• Track your pipeline: Keep a simple record of who you visited, who said yes, who said no, and why.
• Hit your targets: This is a KPI-driven role. You’ll be measured on how many businesses you sign and how many different types of work environments you unlock.

What you will learn

• Field sales from the ground up: How to walk in cold, get the attention of a busy owner, and turn a “no” into a “let me think about it” and then a “yes”.
• Negotiation: How to understand what the other side really cares about and find a deal that works for both of you.
• Handling rejection: Most doors won’t open the first time. You’ll learn to stay steady and keep going, which is one of the most valuable skills in any career.
• Explaining something new simply: Most people have never heard of AI training data. You’ll learn to make an unfamiliar idea clear and trustworthy in two minutes.
• How businesses actually run: You’ll see the inside of dozens of industries, from bakeries to factories, and learn how each one works and makes money.
• How AI training data is made: You’ll see the full journey, from a business saying yes to the video that teaches an AI system.
• Building a startup: You’ll work directly with the founder and see how an early company makes decisions, wins customers and grows.

These skills are useful in sales, business development, operations or starting your own business, wherever you go next.

Who can apply

• Class 12 pass minimum, freshers welcome
• Prior field sales, business development or channel sales experience is a plus
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Fluent Hindi (you will pitch in Hindi) and basic English (for reports and documents)
• Based in Jaipur

Schedule

Monday to Saturday | 10 AM to 7 PM | Field-based in Jaipur
