Job Description – Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Role: Field Sales Executive

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and door-to-door activities.

2. Prospect Making: Generate new prospects by visiting residential societies, apartments, shops, and commercial areas.

3. Customer Engagement: Meet customers, understand their internet requirements, and explain broadband plans, speed, pricing, and benefits.

4. Sales & Conversion: Convert qualified prospects into customers and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

5. Follow-up & Reporting: Maintain daily prospect data, customer meeting reports, follow-ups, booking details, and activation status.
