Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through field visits, local contacts, job portals, and references.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Visit local areas to identify potential candidates and manpower sources.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview and joining follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/field recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for field recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Candidate should be target-oriented and proactive.
