Job SummaryThe Field Officer will be responsible for supervising security guards deployed at client sites, ensuring proper duty attendance, maintaining discipline, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring smooth security operations. The candidate will act as a link between the client, security guards, and the company's operations team.

1. 3. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular visits to all assigned client sites and monitor security operations.
2. Ensure timely deployment of security guards as per client requirements.
3. Check attendance, grooming, uniforms, punctuality, and discipline of security personnel.
4. Arrange immediate replacements for absent guards and manage reliever requirements.
5. Maintain daily attendance records, site inspection reports, and duty registers.
6. Coordinate with clients regarding complaints, feedback, and operational requirements.
7. Ensure guards follow post orders, security protocols, and emergency procedures.
8. Monitor guard performance and provide on-site guidance and training.
9. Report incidents, misconduct, absenteeism, and security breaches to senior management.
10. Assist the HR team in recruitment, joining formalities, police verification, and deployment.
11. Follow up on client requirements and help maintain strong client relationships.
12. Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable security regulations.
13. Submit daily field visit reports and operational updates to the reporting manager.
14. Support the Operations Manager in resolving site-level issues and improving service quality.

• 4. Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in security operations, field supervision, or manpower management preferred.
• Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and team handling.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel between client sites and availability for operational emergencies when required.
• Driving Licence: Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
• Language: Hindi required; basic English preferred.
