JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Factory In-Charge to manage daily factory operations, production, manpower, safety, dispatch, maintenance, and warehouse coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily factory operations & production as per targets and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate labour/manpower, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Ensure factory & warehouse safety, housekeeping, and safe material handling.
- Coordinate product dispatch & delivery with transporters and concerned teams.
- Monitor machinery/equipment and coordinate repair, maintenance & servicing.
- Manage inventory and material movement between production, warehouse, and dispatch.
- Maintain daily production, manpower, maintenance & operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Support improvement in productivity, quality, efficiency & downtime reduction.
