Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive who can drive business growth, generate new leads, manage clients, and convert event enquiries into successful bookings.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a professional personality, and the ability to independently handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through calling, references, networking, social media, and other channels.
• Handle incoming leads and understand clients' event requirements, budget, preferences, and timelines.
• Contact potential clients and conduct professional follow-ups.
• Prepare and present event proposals, quotations, packages, and presentations.
• Coordinate with the internal event planning team to prepare customized solutions for clients.
• Conduct client meetings, venue visits, and presentations whenever required.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
• Follow up regularly with clients until booking confirmation and advance payment.
• Identify opportunities for corporate events, destination events, weddings, conferences, and group bookings.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth execution after sales closure.
• Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Required SkillsExcellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Good knowledge of lead generation and client handling.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, and CRM tools.
• Ability to independently manage multiple clients and sales pipelines.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and venue visits when required.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Wedding Planning, Corporate Events, Travel & Tourism, Hotel Sales, Banquet Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.
