Event Planner / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute weddings, parties, and corporate events from start to finish based on client needs.

* Source, coordinate, and negotiate with vendors (caterers, decorators, DJs, makeup artists, and photographers).

* Supervise the complete setup on-site on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

* Handle client queries, manage timelines, and resolve any last-minute issues at the venue.

* Manage event budgets efficiently and keep track of vendor payments.

Specific Requirements:

* Must have 1-2 years of proven experience in wedding planning or event execution.

* Strong communication skills in Hindi and Basic English to talk to clients and vendors easily.

* Excellent negotiation skills to get the best deals from suppliers.

* High problem-solving ability and capacity to handle high-pressure situations calmly.

* Must be comfortable with flexible working hours, including late nights and weekends.

* Having a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) for local venue visits is a big plus.
